By accessing or using ListForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service Description
ListForge provides an AI-powered platform that generates optimized ecommerce product listings. The service includes listing generation, competitor analysis, quality scoring, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Subscription and Payments
ListForge offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 3 listing generations per month. Paid plans have higher limits as described on our pricing page. Abuse of the service, including automated or excessive API calls, may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
Intellectual Property
The ListForge platform, including its software, design, and branding, is our proprietary intellectual property. You retain all rights to the product listings you generate using our service. You may use generated listings for any lawful commercial purpose.
AI-Generated Content
ListForge uses AI to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated listings before publishing them on ecommerce platforms. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use ListForge to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing on others' rights, or violates any platform's terms of service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in any way.
Limitation of Liability
ListForge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
